We were very lucky last month to have so many family and friends visit us in San Francisco. Carly, Josh and Luna arrived first for some colorful adventures at Color Factory and the Museum of Ice Cream, wine country explorations and nursery preparations, plus nearly as much Japanese food as we could eat! (Realistically, we need more Japanese breakfast places to open to top our record in the future….)
Then came the big day…. Cheers and beers at our Barebottle Brewery baby shower! It was so lovely having everyone gathered together to celebrate the upcoming arrival of our little bundle of joy. We greatly appreciated all the advice, helpful items and good wishes!!
One of the best parts of this week was definitely having Jacob, Rachel and baby stay in town for a couple of days after the shower. Nothing like a real world example to show us what life will be like very soon!
