Boy, oh boy, lots of excitement this month! We went to Muir Woods for Kristan’s birthday and Tycho gave her two wonderful presents: five hours of sleep all to herself and a big smile when she picked him up in his crib. We had not one but two visits with Grandma Gail and Grandpa Darryl (we went wine tasting!), we spent the day in Half Moon Bay twice (two breweries!) and, drum roll please… Tycho went on his first plane ride to visit Great Grandma Anne! Every day is a new adventure of varying difficulty, but overall we are feeling good and having a blast with our little kiddo.
News this month: Wearing size 3-6 months now. Started sleeping 5-6 consecutive hours at night – even over 7 hours one night! Can lift head and chest off ground during tummy time for over a minute. Occasionally rolls from stomach to back. Really notices Mom and Dad and can track them moving across the room. Very interested in the world around him, especially artwork, trees, and toys hanging above him. Lots of eye contact and smiles!
