A collection of giant natural amphitheaters filled with stunning geological features, Bryce Canyon is best seen on a hike through its “hoodoos”, formed by frost weathering and stream erosion. The red, orange, white and purple colors of the limestone hoodoos come from varying levels of iron and manganese in the rock.

Bryce Canyon was the final stop in our journey around the “Grand Circle”. We celebrated with a marvelous meal at the Bryce Canyon Lodge – the only original lodge of the Circle still standing!
