We realized we don’t know San Francisco nearly as well as we’d like, so for our anniversary we decided to spend three days in the “big city”. We stayed at the Huntington, in Nob Hill, which is pretty much everything you want in a hotel founded way back when the railroad magnates ruled over everyone from their lofty mansions. We wandered around, had incredible dutch pancakes, spent a lovely day in and around Golden Gate Park, and saw Franz Ferdinand before heading home. Happy anniversary!
