We had lots of active adventures this month! First, another ski trip to Park City. Tycho finally got comfortable with ski lessons and had a very successful full day lesson. He was super excited to see Nova in the lift line. Nova was pretty unhappy with our 30 minute wait for 5 minutes of skiing and decided she was done for the day and that it was fika time… understandably. Our family ski day was pretty nice though and Tycho did one of the big lifts several times! He’s a ski nut now.
Tycho and Kristan both got new 5K PRs this month… we got “lucky” at two different St. Patrick’s Days races, ha! For the second one, we all biked to Crissy Field, then across the Golden Gate Bridge for the Bay Area Discovery Museum! We felt very hardcore indeed. (Note to self: next time, actually charge the e-bike batteries in advance….) The kids also got to run around in two egg hunts at the end of the month, thanks to our neighbors and Mama’s run club.
Last but not least, Tycho has fallen in love with space!!! He has started changing his room into a “Solar System Museum”, complete with 3D printed scale models of each of the planets. He has so many space facts to share with you. We recommend just nodding along happily!
